This privacy policy describes how the internal receipt-management application operated by Latvian Goods Trading LLC handles information when accessing QuickBooks Online via the Intuit Developer API.

2. Internal Use Only. This application is used solely by Latvian Goods Trading LLC to access its own QuickBooks Online company data. No data from any third party, customer, or external user is collected.
3. Data Collected. The application accesses only data within the company's own QuickBooks Online account, including transactions, accounts, vendors, customers, and attached documents. No data is collected from any individual outside the company.
4. Data Storage. Data is processed transiently to perform the requested operations (such as attaching receipts to transactions) and is not persisted outside QuickBooks Online and the local machine running the application.
5. Data Sharing. No data is shared, sold, or transmitted to any third party. Communication occurs solely between the local application and Intuit's QuickBooks Online API.
6. Security. OAuth 2.0 is used for authentication. Credentials are stored locally on authorized machines and are not transmitted to any external server.
7. Data Retention. The application does not retain any data outside of the QuickBooks Online account itself.
8. User Rights. As only internal company personnel use the application, external data subject rights do not apply. Internal personnel may request information about data handling by contacting the email above.
9. Changes. This policy may be updated to reflect changes in operation. Updates will be posted at this URL.
