This software is an internal-use application developed and maintained solely by Latvian Goods Trading LLC for its own internal accounting and bookkeeping purposes. It is not distributed, licensed, sold, or made available to any third party or general public.
1. Scope. This application is used exclusively by Latvian Goods Trading LLC and its authorized personnel to interact with the company's own QuickBooks Online data via the Intuit Developer API.
2. No External Users. There are no third-party users of this application. No customer, partner, or external data is collected, processed, stored, or shared by this application.
3. Authorized Use. The application is operated by authorized employees and contractors of Latvian Goods Trading LLC only.
4. As-Is Basis. The application is provided on an as-is basis with no warranties of any kind. Use is at the user's own risk.
5. Limitation of Liability. Latvian Goods Trading LLC accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this application.
6. Compliance. The application complies with all applicable Intuit Developer terms of service and QuickBooks Online API usage policies.
